OUR VISION

We at DOSO  show up with real resources, practical support and steady encouragement so that the population in which we serve can rise, rebuild, and thrive.

MEET OUR TEAM

We are a small group of compassionate women who have lived, seen, and experienced the challenges faced by these underrepresented communities. Together, we decided it was time to DO SOmething about it.

Lisa Marie Cevallos

FOUNDER & CEO

LISA MARIE CEVALLOS

As a single mother at 17, I faced numerous challenges, the most significant of which was being able to care for my son and be the best mother I could while working nearly full-time to support him. That, combined with graduating high school and attempting to attend college. I needed a village to develop, raise my son, and become the person I am now. Many families and individuals are without a village, family, friends, a support system, or resources.

The DOSO World Foundation was founded on the idea that everyone can DO SOmething, whether it's through small acts of kindness or transforming lives and uplifting underserved families and individuals who need support the most.

ROSA LEYVA

As a single mother who navigated the challenges of raising my son while working, I wish I had found DOSO
to provide the resources and support I wish I'd had received. I understand the pressures of balancing work, family, and self-care, and my mission is to help others achieve generational wealth and success through our programs and community. As a loan officer, my driving force in service is to help our community is to provide knowledge and support with achieving their goal of homeownership. In my spare time, I enjoy working out and spending time with my family.

TRANSITIONAL FOSTER YOUTH

VERONICA BARBOSA

I'm a single mother to my 21-year-old son. I work full time and I'm also the full-time caregiver to both my parents. I feel my purpose is to help others, to help them feel known, loved and supported. I was blessed to have support not only from my parents, brothers but also from my extended family. I think it's important for us to help one another and I know being part of DOSO WORLD FOUNDATION will give me the opportunity to share my purpose with others.
